Anne Berthoud was an early supporter of my work and when she later opened her now well established gallery I frequently exhibited in mixed shows there. The drawing of my mother (cat. no. 24) and the drawing of Michael Henshaw (cat. no. 27) were first shown at the Anne Berthoud Gallery.
